What is the warranty policy for Eastimage products?
Each Eastimage product has warranty according to Eastimage warranty policy and depends on the contract agreed by both sides.

What are the conditions for warranty?

Eastimage will replace the broken spare parts during the warranty period without charge, provided the spare parts are not caused by the following points:

1.Man-made destruction or malicious damages.

2. Force Majeure.

Yes, we have. We have special security checkpoint solutions designed for airports, government buildings, public transportations, venues and events. With sound baggage scanner price system, you will be benefited and we also have customized solutions according to your requirement.

What about the packing of your products?
We use sturdy wooden box and insert with special material to prevent the product from damage. The package could also be instructed by the clients.

What are the general conditions for the equipment installation?
Equipment installation area should have enough space, the ground should be flat, and power is required.
