1. Before starting

2. Boot sequence

(1) Align the X-ray machine exit window with the work piece to be inspected, pay attention to the concentrator and the part to be inspected.

(2) Use the focus adjuster to adjust the X-ray machine concentrator to the center of the weld and the focal length of both. After the flaw detector is positioned, it must be fastened with the corresponding positioning tool to avoid falling over.

 

(3) Turn on the controller power switch, the power light is on, the cooling fan rotates, and ddis displayed. After about 10 seconds, AAis displayed, and the speaker emits continuous sound for 3 seconds, indicating that the controller works normally. If it is found to be abnormal, the power should be cut off immediately and the equipment department should be notified in time.

 

(4) Preset transillumination time: adjust the position of the timer to the desired exposure time.

 

(5)Preset transillumination voltage: adjust the position of the kV code disc to the required tube voltage.

 

(6) Press the high pressure button.

 

3. Record

After each use, the operator should do a good job of cleaning and carefully check that the flaw detector is in a safe position. Fill in the device operation record.
