Our customer from Uruguay came to our company to attend a product training as well as to discuss after-sales service issues on November 1, 2023. Our salesperson joined into the training. One of our engineer is responsible for providing product training.

Our company had successfully helped customers solve various problems including delayed payment imaging and security inspection machine issues, The customer expressed satisfaction with the outcome. Product training involves:learning about both the hardware components of the security inspection machine and the installation of software.The components of the hardware training includes: the installation of the conveyor belt, the regulation of the control box, the specific location of the ray generator. Software operation training includes: software basic configuration parameters, software system functions and image processing functions.After completing the product training, the customer has became highly proficient in our products. It will build a solid foundation for promoting business in Uruguay market.
