Equipped with high-precision detection technology and an AI image recognition system, the device boasts an hourly processing capacity of thousands of items, accurately identifying production hazards such as metal foreign objects and misaligned electronic components. The client’s representative highlighted that post-debugging, the system operates stably with a 300% increase in efficiency compared to traditional manual methods.
