The "fire eye" of the security inspection instrument is achieved by X-ray, which is an electronic device that completes the inspection by sending the inspected baggage into the X-ray inspection channel with the help of a conveyor belt. Baggage entering the X-ray inspection channel will block the package detection sensor, and the detection signal is sent to the control part of the system to generate an X-ray trigger signal, which triggers the X-ray source to emit the X-ray beam. A fan-shaped X-ray beam through the collimator passes through the object on the conveyor belt, where the X-ray is absorbed by the object and finally bombards the dual-energy semiconductor detector installed in the channel. The detector converts the X-rays into signals, and these weak signals are amplified and sent to the signal processing chassis for further processing.
