The EI-6040 multi-energy X-ray security inspection equipment can quickly and accurately detect organic substances, inorganic substances, and mixtures (or light metals) in various packages based on the effective atomic number of the inspected items. Standard Function
One key on/off Through one key of Keyboard to realise power on automatically entering the interface & power off peripheral accessories.
TIP System: TIP can self-add dangerous items’image,report the results of threat items marked by the operator,reminding the supervision.
OTP System: The Operator Training Program System,using system pre-stored package images to train operator. User Management: Multi-level user administrators, maintainers, and operators manage different rights and customize user rights.
Optional Features
EI-BB100: BlackBox Real-time monitoring baggage pass in/out, vedio record whole procedure of the X-ray baggage image scan & baggage passing.
Bi-directional Scanning: Either end can be placed into the package to achieve X-ray image scanning, more practical on-site.
Energy Saving: The conveyor will auto stop after 90s without baggage on and it will auto running when baggage on without other qperation.
6 pseudo Color: Image 6 pseudo Color.
Auxiliary Image Recognition: Automatically identify and calibrate the name of the inspected items, and provide the basis for auxiliary drawing recognition.
Multi-speed adjustment: Conveying system can be switched between 0.2m/s, 0.3m/s and 0.4m/s to improve the passing efficiency.
NI(network interface): Off-site real-time viewing of overpack images and data, and remote control of equipment.
Image Print: Prints on-screen images at any time.
