X-ray Inspection machine services and accessories configuration

The security screening machine is mainly composed of two parts: mechanical hardware and software. Hardware part: including X-ray generator controller, X-ray detector, data acquisition device, mechanical device, industrial control computer and display device and so on. Software part: including system control part and image processing part, responsible for controlling the X-ray source emission, image acquisition, processing and display and so on. Generally the whole machine purchasing hardware and software comes with standard configuration. But according to the needs of different customers, we will also give the security machine equipped with different shelves device.

Receiving frame function

The main function of the receiving rack is to place the inspected baggage in order to pass the X-ray inspection of the screening machine. It is usually located at the exit of the screening machine and is convenient for passengers to retrieve their baggage after it has passed through the X-ray screening. Receiving racks are designed with safety in mind, such as anti-pinch design to ensure the safety of passengers during operation. Additionally, the shelves help to prevent items from being dropped and damaged after passing through the screening process.

Selection and Types of Receiving Racks

As an accessory of the security screening machine, the category of the receiving shelf is mainly differentiated according to the model and size of the screening machine. Different screening machine models will be equipped with different sizes of shelves to match the size of their aisles. For example, a larger screening machine may be equipped with a larger sized catch rack to accommodate wider or taller baggage items. The design of the shelves may also vary depending on the requirements of the different screening machines, such as anti-pinch design, stretch and anti-static treatment, flat shelves, sliding shelves and roller conveyor shelves.
