EI-UVSS VI8000 Train Fast Security Inspection System utilizes an alternating dual-energy electron linear accelerator and advanced X-ray scanning imaging, ray attenuation, and material identification algorithms. The scanning rays have a maximum energy of 6MeV or 9MeV, enabling transmission scanning imaging and identification of prohibited materials in train freight carriages. The inspection system automatically avoids locomotives and passenger parts, only performing X-ray transmission inspection of the freight parts as the train passes through the scanning channel at a certain speed. The system scans and inspects freight trains or freight parts in mixed trains. This system is ideal for fast inspection of railroad freight trains or mixed passenger and freight trains at ports and other locations.
System Features
★Modular design. Comes with a maintenance platform, convenient for daily operation and maintenance.
★Advanced algorithm. Adopting advanced X-ray attenuation algorithm and intelligent identification algorithm to automatically mark drugs, explosives and other prohibited items.
★Automatic avoidance. Using ATIS (automatic train-number identification system) and axle judgment to realize the function of automatic identification and avoidance of train locomotives and passenger compartments, and only scanning the part of freight compartments, so as to reduce the radiation damage to locomotive crews and passengers.
★Strong environmental adaptability. Dustproof, waterproof, windproof and snowproof, can work normally in low temperatures and other extreme weather.
★High detection efficiency. The inspected train passes through the scanning channel directly, the freight carriages are scanned in perspective, and the maximum traveling speed of the train to be inspected can reach 60km/h.
★Adjustable frequency of beam. Accelerator X-ray beam frequency adaptive speed, to ensure that the image is not stretched,not compressed.
★Easy use. Graphical software interface, simple operation.
★Radiation shielding. Low external radiation dose during the operation of the equipment, no radioactivity after shutdown.
★Reliable safety measures. Based on safety considerations, the railroad train cargo vehicle inspection system is equipped with emerge ncy stop buttons in the inspection channel, accelerator room, and control room, which are interlocked with other safety devices (such as the safety door of the accelerator room) to cope with some unexpected situations on site. In addition, the laser scanning equipment can determine whether there is any abnormality (or malfunction) of the train in the channel, and if there is Various image processing functio ns. It supports histogram equalization, pseudo-color, super enhancement, inverse color,adding and deleting suspicious marks, length m easurement, calculation of region of interest, coloring, automatic brightnessadjustment, synthetic image, grayscale and other image tran sformation processing functions.any abnormality, the X-ray beam will be stopped to ensure the personal safety of the personnel on-site.
